Established in 2006, Kent Gateway Block Management Limited has grown to become a leading property management firm in Kent and South East London. We work with a wealth of management companies, freeholders and RTM’s in these areas, aiming to only take on clients within an hour’s drive of our offices here in Rochester. We provide a comprehensive block management solution, covering everything from repairs and maintenance to accounting and legal issues – all tailored to suit your requirements.
Some of the services we provide include:
- Managing communal areas of residential buildings, as well as any associated external areas
- Managing of communal car parks, landscaping and woodlands where there are no apartment buildings
- Dealing with the cyclical and ongoing maintenance works of these areas
- Liaising with specialists, surveyors and anyone else needed to ensure that the areas are safe and well looked after
- We will either recommend new contractors or work with those trusted teams that you may already have
- Bookkeeping of the day-to-day service charge finances
- Ground rent collection where required
- Company Secretarial
- We work with a number of Insurance brokers to find the best policy and price for the following:
- Property Owners
- Directors & Officers, as well as
- Engineering Insurance
- Assistance with general meetings as well as the ability to meet leaseholders, sometimes even on a weekend
- Conveyancing work in regard to client property transactions, sometimes using trusted legal partners to assist where needed
